Hello beautiful,
Spring feels like it’s on its way here. Of course in Calgary this can look like snow storms one day and sunshine the next. But these changing seasons are bringing a sense of newness and reflection back in. There can be so much noise coming from the outside that tell us we need to keep doing more and to keep being busy. But I find the greatest power is giving yourself the gift of your own attention. Because how can we continue to create and give ourselves to the world, without giving back to ourselves first?
Sometimes the greatest power comes from slowing down to reconnect back to what’s happening within. What can you do to continue to feel more comforted, nourished and connected in your skin?
For me when I take action to set aside time for myself, it creates clarity to take on the tasks ahead. I want to remind you to hold compassion for the journey you are learning to navigate through. Land in the rituals that leave you feeling empowered and in control of the shifting seasons. Feel good about being in alignment with yourself and light up your spirit.
