Acupuncture is a Traditional Chinese Medicine practice that has been around for thousands of years and been used to treat various health concerns including hormonal imbalances, infertility, digestive issues, pain and stress. During the treatment, we thoroughly discuss your main concerns and health history before thin needles are inserted into several of more than 500 specific acupuncture points on the body.

Vitamin Injections (B12, Vitamin D, Adrenal Shots)

Intramuscular vitamin injections are the quickest, most foolproof way to improve nutrient status. By bypassing the digestive system, we can ensure full absorption while avoiding the digestive upset that is often associated with oral supplementation. Although oral supplementation has its place, absorption is often incomplete and requires more frequent dosage. Vitamin injections, on the other hand, will allow for quicker results with less frequent dosing.

Massage Therapy

A custom full body massage to aid your nervous system in deep relaxation and work on tired/overused muscles. Silicone myofascial cups will be placed along your spine to loosen fascia and draw fresh blood to the muscle attachments while your legs are massaged. Customized to your preference for a deep tissue or relaxation treatment, focus is directed where you need it most. Hot towels and aromatherapy may also be used to support individual goals.
